Future (from today)

And now, ladies and gentlemen..!
- In two days I'm going to Ukraine. Will be visiting Odessa, Simpheropol, Yalta, Sevastopol. As Vytautas some centuries ago came to Black Sea, I'll try to do the same :D
- Planning autumn trip to Portugal. As one guy from winery wrote me: "Bus I must warn you that, in order to take part in the process you must also drink quite a large quantity of wine...", "The process takes aroud two days, one for picking the grapes and the other forsmashing them in the "lagar" (can't remember the english word for it...)." Sounds just perfect!!!

And finally..
- Seems that I'm coming back to Lithuania! After two years of experience in Scandinavian projects, I will see what Lithuanian business looks like. A bit scary, but interesting.. See you!

Past (from today)

Some more nice memories from last month:
- Medieval festival in Trakai. Even if this becomes more and more mass and pop-cultured, it is still worth of seeing. Especially when it is such a good weather. And it's great opportunity to see some of your old pals living in different cities..
- Going from work in Copenhagen, Denmark and thinking of supper. Decision: let's go to Malmo, Sweden! Done!
- Production launched in my first project as group leader. With a lot of excitement, last minute fixes and 17 hours working day :)
- Getting six stiches on my left feet after wading in Vilnele, small rivulet in Vilnius. As doctor told - no water for 10 days. And I'm leaving for Ukraine and the Black Sea in couple of days.. This will be interesting :D
- I still have my beer cake alive. Need to find some weekend for drinking it :)

Bergen!

So! Let's start with Bergen. As you know, this is one of biggest cities in Norway and is also called 'Gates to the fjords'. This was the main reason why I came there. Actually, this trip was in my plans for maybe more than a year, but it was decided in one boring evening. I was just sitting home after work being sick and was browsing for some cheap flights to wherever.. After two hours of such browsing I already had round ticket to Norway :)
In short way:
- CouchSurfing is wonderful idea. One more great experience from this community. Miulin, you're welcome to rainy Lithuania :)
- As Andrea (I hope this is correct way to write name of funny guy I met at the plane) told, I'm lucky son of smth :) Weekend I came was one of best weekends in Bergen if to talk about the weather. +32 degrees and no rain! Superb!
- Guys, take rechargers with you! Always! I was saved, but dead phone and photo camera makes you feel a bit powerless.
- Climb the mountains! Don't use funicular! And get absolutely tired and sweaty! But with totally clean head!
- Cats! They're friendly everywhere! Got such friends in Bergen as well..
- Take a tour to see fjords. You just can't leave Bergen not seeing th fjords! That's magnificent. I'm absolutely in love with these landscapes!
- And finally, it so hard to go to work after such weekend and three hours of sleeping :)

I'm becoming just tooooo lazy for writing something, but.. This small post should help me to force myself on putting smth online in next days.
Since last post I was in Bergen for a weekend, I have already almost planned vacations in Portugal with wine making and grapes smashing activities. In 7 days I'm leaving for Ukraine together with Margarita. I had some more good moments and I'll try to put it in funy way :)
